Does SellYourSole.com charge commission for selling sneakers?
No, Nada, Zero, Zilch. We do not and will not ever charge commission for selling on our site. We believe by keeping the cost down, we will create an environment where sellers will be more flexible on price and buyers will be able to find great deals.
Does SellYourSole.com authenticate or verify sneakers?
Negative. Buyers are 100% responsible for performing their own due diligence, doing their research, and acquiring all the necessary information they need to make an informed purchase.
Can I sell my reps on here?
Hell No! Anyone caught selling FAKES/REPS/UA/Unauthorized sneakers will be banned!
How do I list a pair of sneakers?
First, sign up for a free account, fill out your user profile, go to your DASHBOARD, and click Add a New Product. Follow the directions to create your listing.
How do I protect myself against scams?
It’s a crazy world out there so we have to look out for each other. There are few ways we can do that.
- Start building your feedback rating. It is crucial after every sale or purchase that you leave feedback for the buyer or seller so we can start building this amazing community.
- Make sure there is a tagged proof of life photo. What is a proof of life photo? It’s a handwritten note with the seller’s username and listing date next to the sneakers.
- If purchasing, contact the seller and ask questions. i.e. Where were the shoes purchased? Do you have a receipt? Etc..
- USE PAYPAL, USE PAYPAL, USE PAYPAL!!! Use Paypal Goods & Services or have the seller send you a Paypal Invoice. At 3.5% This is a small price to pay for peace of mind should something go wrong with your transaction.
- If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
Can I sell anything other than sneakers?
No. Just sneakers. Anything else will be removed.
How many items can I list?
You can list 14 items max a day.
Can I post a stock photo from the internet of the shoes I’m selling?
No, photos must be of the actual item, listings with stock photos will be removed.
What happens if I get scammed or have an issue with a transaction?
First, reach out to the buyer or seller and try to come to a resolution. If this doesn’t work (as long as you used Paypal Goods & Services or Paypal Invoice) reach out to Paypal and open a claim. An investigation will have to be done and in a short time a resolution will be made.

1. SellYourSole.com provides a platform for individuals to buy and sell sneakers. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts: To use the services offered by SellYourSole.com, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account.
3. User Conduct: You agree to use the SellYourSole.com only for lawful purposes. You may not post or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
4. Listing and Selling Sneakers: SellYourSole.com provides a marketplace for individuals to buy and sell sneakers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the listings you post. SellYourSole.com reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms of Service or that is deemed inappropriate.
5. Commission on Sales: SellYourSole.com NEVER charges commission for buying and selling sneakers on our platform. We do, however, suggest using Paypal Goods & Services when buying or selling on our site. Paypal charges 3.49% of the total transaction and offers limited protection to buyers and sellers. SellYourSole.com does not receive any compensation for transactions through Paypal.
6. Shipping and Delivery: SellYourSole.com does not handle the shipping or delivery of sneakers. It is the responsibility of the seller to properly package and ship the sneakers to the buyer. Buyers and Sellers should agree and be completely transparent on who pays for shipping and how much it will cost.
7. Disputes and Returns: SellYourSole.com is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we encourage both parties to communicate and work towards a resolution. Sellers should be very clear on every listing if returns are accepted and what are costs of that return, if any.
8. Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the SellYourSole.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SellYourSole.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability: SellYourSole.com shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or the transactions between buyers and sellers.
10. Modification of Terms of Service: SellYourSole.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the SellYourSole.com website following any changes to these Terms of Service indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SellYourSole.com operates.
